Sophos - Full Disk Access

We have pushed out an update to our antivirus software, Sophos.  Some of you will be prompted to take action through a pop-up window on the top right of your computer.  Here is a walkthrough of what to do:

1. Click button in the Sophos popup window 
   
2. In Endpoint Self Help select the category "Prerequisites" with the red exclamation mark next to it, and then click the button "Allow full disk access" to bring up the dialog box.
   
   
   
   

1. Click on the blue link 'Open "Privacy & Security" preferences' and your System Preferences will open - make sure to click on Full Disk Access (if that is not already showing).
   
2. Arrange your window so you can see both the Sophos window above and your Privacy & Security window.  Click on the blue S icon (in the Sophos window) and DRAG it onto the Privacy & Security window.
3. You will be prompted to enter your password (or fingerprint) and then a prompt to Quit & Reopen (click yes to that).
4. You have successfully updated Sophos!  Thank you for keeping us safe!
